President Donald Trumps Says He Might Encourage Businesses to Reopen Soon

On Monday, the President of America, Donald Trump, suggested that he might reopen businesses soon. He said that he might encourage people to stop isolating and might encourage the businesses to open again.
Trump says that he might soon loosen the guidelines for social distancing and ask the businesses to reopen. By making this decision, Trump will contradict the public health experts who say that businesses are needed to stay close, and workers are required to stay home for varied months in order to help control the spread of coronavirus pandemic.

At the daily press conference regarding coronavirus, the President said, “It’s bad, and obviously the numbers are going to increase with time and then they’re going to decrease.” He also said, “We’re going to be opening our country up for business because our country was meant to be open and working with others.”

The President said that the country has learned a lot regarding social distancing and the hands. Trump further said that some parts of the nation are less affected as compared to the others, and he thinks that things in these areas can get back to normal in the coming weeks. S
A reporter asked whether “soon” could be weeks or months, at which Trump replied, “I’m not looking at months, I can tell you right now. We’re going to be opening up our country; we’re going to be watching certain areas… We’re going to be watching this very closely, but can’t keep it closed, you know, for years”.

President Trump said that the administration would monitor the areas at higher risk including Washington state and New York, and will also continue to monitor senior citizens; however, he further added, “At the same time, at a certain point we have to get open, and we have to get moving, We don’t want to lose these companies. We don’t want to lose these workers”.

On Sunday night, President Trump tweeted that “at the end of the 15 day period, we will make a decision as to which way we want to go!”
